Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that if you will not be able to make your appointment, please notify us no later than 24 hours before your appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total appointment cost.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before an appointment or no show will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total appointment cost.

In the event of a cancellation or no show, Socoh reserves the right to charge your saved card details via TimelyPay.
